Fine bone china is dishwasher safe at a maximum temperature of 149 degrees. We recommend that you use liquid dishwasher soap on the lowest heat setting.
When washing your dinnerware by hand, avoid scouring pads and abrasive washing detergents which could remove the pattern.
Most stains or hardened-on particles can be removed by soaking the item in warm water before washing. Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking in a diluted bleach solution for up to one hour.
In hard water areas, dry your dinnerware thoroughly before storing it to prevent the formation of deposits. These soluble deposits can easily be removed with a mild acid such as vinegar.
When storing or stacking plates, try not to slide them over one another, so as not to scratch the glaze. We recommend placing a paper napkin between each plate.
